Chef Brian Jones comes to us with over 20 years in the Culinary Industry.
Brian completed his culinary degree at Scottsdale Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu in
Arizona. Before moving to the East Coast 6 years ago, he was with Phoenix
Country Club and Chef for the Suites of the Phoenix Coyotes Stadium and Team.
His passion for food began at an early age watching his Grandfather, who was an Executive Chef for the American Legion. He has many memories smelling, tasting and
enjoying time in the kitchen on trips with his Grandfather.
His career has led him to many positions with Fine Dining, Italian and Country Club establishments.
Brian’s main influences and favorite cuisines are Asian, Mexican, Southern, and Italian. He loves to take simple ingredients and create dishes with robust flavors and artistic presentations.
Brian believes that food brings people to the table, creates memories and enhances family and friendship.
